In Breif...
I love books. I always have.

Short books, old books, long epics, sad poetry, children's books, serious and silly books. Biographies and travel books. Fantasy and time travel and sometimes scary books. Books with reluctant villains and accidental heroes. Comic books and art books and made into movie books and even...blank books.

Books about things and books about people.
Books about dreams and ideas.

I like the way they smell and the fact that they can just as easily line up on a self AND grow into a stack next to my bed. I enjoy listening to them and turning their pages. I like how they collect memories and make memories at the same time. Books are like songs, one for every possible mood. I have comfort books and some I'm still working up the courage to open.

I like reading them. And for the first time, I am writing one.
